If the customer receives a defective or wrong or damaged item or if any item is missing then customer can ask for replacement or can return the product by following the below mention steps –
- Customer needs to make a video of Damaged/Wrong/defective product or an unboxing video showing a missing item and send it to Allgenix Pharmaceuticals (OPC) Private Limited.
- If customer is unable to provide proper clear video, then Allgenix Pharmaceuticals (OPC) Private Limitedshall not be liable for any claim regarding the wrong, damage or missing item. Without sufficient video it will count out of Allgenix Pharmaceuticals (OPC) Private Limited’s return policy.
- If the product is not as described on the website, the customer can request a refund.
- Note: * Customer need to raise a request for Return or Exchange withing 3 days of receiving the delivery. If not then Allgenix Pharmaceuticals (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any claim regarding the wrong, damage, defectiveproduct or missing item.
- Customers can initiate a return, exchange or refund by contacting to Allgenix Pharmaceuticals (OPC) Private Limited’s customer service team via email or phone. The company will process the refund within 7-10 business days once received request.
